Our Black Forest cake is available in a range of one-tier sizes to suit any occasion, from an intimate gathering to a larger celebration. Sizes run from 6" (serves 5–8 pax) all the way up to 10" (serves 20–40 pax), with tall and medium variants available for bigger crowds. Do note that cake heights may vary slightly depending on the flavour chosen.

All serving suggestions are recommendations and would ultimately depend on the size of slices served. For taller cakes, we suggest cutting each slice in half or thirds to get the most out of every layer.

Weights are approximations only. Please note that certain premium flavours tend to be slightly heavier.

Do note that this fresh cream cake has alcohol content and beef gelatine. Our Black Forest cake should be kept refrigerated (not frozen) till time of consumption. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge in an air-tight container up to 3 days

Please note that Kirsch, a cherry-derived spirit, is used in moderate amounts to soak the sponge and cherries. While the quantity per slice is not excessive, we recommend this cake for adult consumption.

Time Slots

At Edith Patisserie, we offer daily delivery slots so that your Black Forest cake can arrive at the right time for your celebration. Choose from the following time slots (available from Monday to Sunday):

• 10am – 12pm
• 12pm – 2pm
• 2pm – 4pm
• 5pm – 7pm

Your order will arrive at your stipulated Singapore address at any time within the chosen two-hour timeframe. Please ensure that you are available to receive the order during this window, as a 10-minute waiting time applies for all deliveries. If no one is available to receive the order after this time, it will be left at the door or returned to our store for collection during operating hours.

Fees

For orders with a subtotal above $150 (before GST and after applicable discounts), free delivery is available to most locations in Singapore.

For orders below $150, the following fees apply:

• Flexi-Delivery ($9.80): any time between 10am and 7pm
• Regular Delivery ($15): any two-hour window between 10am and 7pm
• Specific Delivery ($35): within one hour of your preferred time between 9am and 6pm
• Sentosa Delivery: an additional of $10 charge

In-Store Collection

Prefer to pick up in person? You can choose to collect your order at our bakery in Singapore at Tiong Bahru, easily accessible via MRT (Havelock Station), bus, or private vehicle.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Black Forest Cake

Can I request a non-alcoholic version of your Black Forest cake?

The Kirsch is an integral part of what makes this cake what it is. It's baked into the layers and gives the sponge its distinctive depth, so we're unable to offer a non-alcoholic version of this design. Can I request less alcohol for the Black Forest cake?

As the Kirsch is incorporated directly into the soaking process during baking, we're unable to adjust the quantity for individual orders. That said, the amount used is moderate and intentional; just enough to flavour the sponge without being overpowering. If you have specific concerns, our team is always happy to chat through the details with you.

Can children eat these Black Forest cakes?
